My name is Damien Grimm. I am a Project Manager with 15+ years of experience stemming from theatre and local events to full-scale AV production management.
The human condition is greatly enhanced by adventure, and I live that daily. From starting in community theatre to taking a dip into rock ‘n’ roll & touring to an educational time at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum, I ultimately found my home in live events. On a whim, I up and joined my family in sunny Key West, Florida back in 2014, I found a small company that I virtually knew nothing about maybe you’ve heard of PSAV? During my tenure with PSAV, I’ve had many amazing clients, been to many locations, earned achievements, and certainly lots of learning experiences! That opportunity ultimately brought me to meet some of the most amazing people and the chance to explore the client side of events.
I joined eventPower in the fall of 2019 as a Technology Coordinator. In this ever-expanding role, I helped manage our shipping logistics, on-site AV, and a few exciting video projects. Throughout my tenure at eventPower I grew to become their Production Manager, working directly with clients to expand and understand their needs from basic breakouts to expansive and interactive general sessions.
When I’m not traveling, I spend most of my time hiking, gardening, and enjoying life‘s adventures in Southern Florida. As one of my favorite sayings goes, "Adventure is out there!" I certainly get to embody that phrase each day with a lot of travel and plenty of time to visit my family and friends in Key West.

Responsible for narrating scripts that engage and educate viewers and bring the story to life.
Responsible for creating detailed floor plans and renderings for various events.
